Our new MKII panels are the latest evolution of the Hardkorr Crocskin Solar Mat range. Now more compact than ever before, our new panels are 30% lighter than our previous models but able to produce even more power at up to 12.6A.

Coming with inbuilt legs, a lithium-compatible PWM regulator, 5m Anderson-style lead, 1.5m Anderson-style to alligator lead, tie-down pegs, and a heavy-duty protective bag, this panel is perfect for getting your 12V setup topped up no matter where you’ve decided to set up camp.

Touring across the country isn’t for everyone. The best set ups need some of the best quality equipment around – equipment that’ll stand up to the punishment this great country has to offer and work exactly as it should. The best tourers, also need to keep the beverages cool – after all, it’s thirsty work.

Our MKII solar panels have been made tough, and, more importantly, they’ve been made to make sure your fridge stays cold. Hallmarked by our distinctive Crocskin solar cell protection, we’ve coated these panels with a rough, dimpled pattern. We were the first to do it back in 2018, and we still do it best – this protection ensures that the panel has plenty of years ahead of it working at absolute peak performance. It does it by dissipating the heat that’s making it to the solar cell, preserving the cells to make sure they can work efficiently and effectively.

Behind the surface is where our MKII panels excel. Capable of producing up to 12.6A, we’ve used a-grade monocrystalline cells with a supercharged 22.5% efficiency rate – among the highest on the market. What does this mean? The panel will turn the captured UV into more power than what you might be seeing from a competitor’s panel. It makes this panel ideal for those after a bit of extra power in larger setup like those travelling in caravans, otherwise, it’s great as a standalone charging option for those with smaller setups.

Helping you to get the most out of your setup is the inbuilt legs on the back of the panel. Folded and secured onto the back of the panel with a strong Velcro fitting, these legs drop down and will help you get the optimal angle to the sun, increasing efficiency sometimes more than 20%. The panels have also been individually wired – a bit of shade on one panel isn’t going to stop the panel from doing its thing.

In this kit, we’ve also included a plug-and-play PWM regulator. The regulator has traditional Anderson-style connections on either side, which makes it incredibly easy to connect, and is compatible with a wide range of batteries, including AGM, gel, calcium, wet, and lithium, including LTO and LiFePO4. The regulator is easy to use, will track how much power you’re generating, and is incredibly efficient, trumping even some MPPT units on the market. The unit even has the ability to wake up a lithium battery that has been put into protection mode – just plug it in and run a solar feed through it.

Made tough with solid copper backing, and protection on the outside with our tough 1680D ballistic nylon canvas, this panel is backed by our 3-year comprehensive warranty. A great travel companion for all trips outdoors, it’s lightweight and compact at just 9.5kg and 580x560mm, which makes it incredibly easy to store. This kit comes with everything you need, including a heavy-duty carry bag, a 5M Anderson-style extension lead, an alligator clip adaptor, and tie-down pegs.
